V sou\u010dasnosti maj\u00ed pronaj\u00edmatel\u00e9 mo\u017enost s t\u011bmito prost\u0159edky nakl\u00e1dat podle vlastn\u00edho uv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed. Organizace jako Evropsk\u00e1 justi\u010dn\u00ed organizace (EJO) mohou b\u00fdt v takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech velmi n\u00e1pomocn\u00e9 a nab\u00eddnout asistenci a podporu. Alternativn\u011b se mohou n\u00e1jemci obr\u00e1tit tak\u00e9 na specializovan\u00e9ho pr\u00e1vn\u00edka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejlep\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm je ur\u010dit\u011b prevence.
