Development Project Idea – Boa Vista

Cape Verde is an archipelago of 10 islands, that sits off the West Coast of Africa.

Boa Vista, the easternmost of the ten islands shaped by the fire of ancient volcanoes, in the infinite vastness of the central Atlantic Ocean. Boa Vista is a true paradise 5 and a half hours from Italy, with 60 km of white sand beaches, a wonderful sea, breathtaking views of untouched nature, and a fantastic climate where it is summer all year.

Project Idea for a Beachfront Hotel in the Center of Sal Rei, Boa Vista. Boa Vista is an island in the Cape Verde archipelago, off the coast of Senegal. It offers breathtaking panoramas and pristine nature, making it a highly attractive tourist destination. Since 2000, tourism has seen a 115% increase, and today, Boa Vista is a popular destination and a natural paradise for surfers and water sports enthusiasts.

The achievable volume corresponds to 23,000 m3, equivalent to 7,000 m2 gross. The project envisions a central building consisting of 2 floors, each 7m high, and two lateral towers with 7 floors each, featuring rooftop bars. The hotel will consist of 119 standard rooms and 6 suites, as well as an 18×6-meter swimming pool. The project also includes a restaurant with 250 seating places (including restaurant, bar and beach bar), a bar (internal and external), and commercial spaces (shops and offices). Parking spaces are indicated in front of the main entrance of the residence. Additionally, there is a concession for a beach area of 1,280 m2 with 80 sunbeds with umbrellas.
