The LAGOON Residence is located in Boa Vista, the easternmost of the ten islands shaped by the fire of ancient volcanoes, in the infinite vastness of the central Atlantic Ocean, off the Senegalese coast. A land with unique suggestions, a crossroads of paths and cultures, a dialogue of primordial elements: the sun, the wind and the ocean. Here time slows down and makes room for well-being; here virgin nature allows architecture only measured and wise gestures.

Boavista is a true paradise 5 and a half hours from Italy, with 60 km of white sand beaches, a wonderful sea, breathtaking views of untouched nature, and a fantastic climate where it is summer all year.

This project was developed by the Italian company Christian Grande, known for its attention to detail and typical raw materials and its references to different disciplines: architecture, yacht design and landscaping. Projects related to premium hospitality are particularly important in the studio’s production. The architects have created luxurious “seafront” villas, studying everything down to the smallest detail to meet the modern needs of relaxation and privacy.

These 22 villas, with a swimming pool and private garden, integrate perfectly with the surrounding landscape and are very comfortable, thanks to the large spaces and the very fresh and relaxing style. Everything is an invitation to relax but also to leave, dip feet in the fine sand and enjoy the wonders of the coast and the sea of ​​Boavista, as well as the excellent cuisine offered by the restaurants on the coast.

The Lagoon Residence has also a project with 10 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony and a common living room and kitchen, from 65 m2 to 85 m2
